On April 27, KAIYI Auto held its 2026 Global Business Conference in Yibin, bringing together nearly 200 dealers and media representatives from more than 50 countries and regions. The event showcased the company’s latest progress in product planning, manufacturing systems, and international expansion, marking KAIYI’s transition from building a global presence to deepening its market operations. A Comprehensive Agenda Aligning Strategy and Execution The conference featured a comprehensive agenda, including a business performance review, the release of KAIYI International’s 2026 business plan, and the unveiling of its five-year global strategy. Han Bin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Yibin Municipal Party Committee and Head of the United Front Work Department, together with Gao Lei, Deputy Party Secretary, Vice Chairman and General Manager of KAIYI Auto, delivered opening remarks. Jiang Sheng, Vice President of KAIYI Auto, presented the company’s five-year international strategy, while Han Ren, Vice President of KAIYI Auto and General Manager of KAIYI International Trade Co., Ltd., outlined the 2026 global business plan. Through a series of business briefings, capability-building sessions, dealer case sharing, and roundtable discussions, the conference enabled in-depth exchanges grounded in real market practices. Initiatives such as new product co-creation and regional workshops further strengthened coordination and collaboration across global markets. Sustained Global Growth Backed by Strengthening Capabilities Over the past year, KAIYI has maintained strong momentum in its international business. In 2025, export sales increased by 233% year-on-year, with operations expanding to 57 countries and regions and a global user base exceeding 400,000. The company has established more than 500 sales outlets worldwide and built a global supply capability supported by its intelligent manufacturing base in Yibin and its KD production network. At the product level, KAIYI continues to develop a diversified portfolio spanning SUVs and sedans, advancing both internal combustion engine and new energy vehicles in parallel. At the same time, the spare parts supply cycle has been shortened from 60 days to 45 days, with a fulfillment rate reaching 91%, further strengthening operational efficiency and customer support capabilities. As Han Ren noted, KAIYI is evolving from a model focused on market expansion toward one centered on operational excellence, shifting from scale-driven growth to system capability-driven development. These achievements reflect the company’s strong growth momentum and underscore its potential as one of the most dynamic emerging Chinese automotive brands in global markets.
“88811” Strategy Driving the Next Phase of Global Expansion Looking ahead, KAIYI has outlined its “88811” strategic framework for 2030, targeting annual production and sales of 800,000 units, revenue of RMB 80 billion, and profit and tax contributions of RMB 8 billion, while aiming for both new energy vehicles and overseas markets to each account for more than half of its overall business. Building on its market expansion and sales recovery in 2025, the company will take 2026 as a pivotal year to further refine its strategy, strengthen its operational systems, and accelerate its transition from a trading-oriented model to a fully integrated global enterprise. To support these ambitions, KAIYI is advancing a comprehensive upgrade across its core capabilities. It is leveraging its domestic intelligent manufacturing base alongside an expanding overseas KD network to establish a globally integrated supply system, while continuously enhancing its product portfolio across ICE and new energy vehicles and expanding coverage in both left-hand-drive and right-hand-drive markets. At the same time, the company is strengthening its global marketing management framework and accelerating the use of digital and new media channels to drive growth. In parallel, KAIYI is enhancing its after-sales capabilities through the development of a global parts supply network, supported by a “1+3” warehousing layout designed to achieve a 27-day delivery cycle and a 97% fulfillment rate. Beyond products and services, the company is also building a more integrated ecosystem centered on service, content, and community operations, with the goal of enhancing customer lifecycle value and ensuring sustainable profitability for its dealer network. Product Roadmap Focused on Electrification and Global Markets On the product front, KAIYI plans to launch eight new model series over the next five years, covering both SUVs and sedans across ICE, BEV, HEV, and PHEV powertrains. These models will serve both left-hand-drive and right-hand-drive markets, with overseas annual sales expected to reach 300,000 units by 2030. Notably, electrification will serve as a key strategic focus, with new energy powertrains expected to be available across all product lines and to account for more than 50% of total sales. Moving Forward with a Clear Global Vision Looking ahead, KAIYI will continue to use the “88811” strategy as its guiding framework, deepening its global expansion and accelerating its transformation into a fully integrated global company. As it enters this new stage of development, KAIYI is steadily advancing toward its ambition of becoming one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing Chinese automotive brands worldwide, working closely with global partners to unlock new opportunities and drive shared success in the next phase of its international journey.
